Our Delivery Policy:
In an ideal world we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt and payment clearance, except when items are out of stock or during extremely busy periods (see Stock Availability). However life just isn't that straight forward sometimes so please if you have a deadline then call or email us to make sure we can meet your deadline. We don't want you to be disappointed and we sure as heck don't enjoy the stress of letting our customers down.. happy customers mean happy us!
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays and are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier which is tracked and will require a signature on delivery (see Postage Rates).
Please Note!
In order for us to be able to offer such a competitive price for courier delivery the courier will only attempt one delivery. It is therefore essential that you provide us with a delivery address where someone will be able to take in and sign for the parcel. This can be a work address or a friend or neighbour. If no one is available the parcel will be returned to the local depot and it will then be your responsibility to collect it. You can also leave an instruction to leave in a shed, garage etc. but this will be at your own risk if we do not have a signature.
In the event that you do not collect the parcel from the depot after they have left a card for you the parcel will be returned to us. The courier company charges us £25.00 to return a parcel to us and you will be liable for this charge. In the event that you request a refund we will deduct £25.00 or if the order is less than this the refund will be nil and we will not attempt to re-deliver. Unfortunately we have had to introduce this clause as a result of a number of returned parcels and the increasing courier costs.... please provide us with as much delivery info as possible and a valid phone number in case the courier cannot locate the delivery address.... We want you to receive your sweets in top class condition and quickly so please help us to give you the top class service that we aspire to! Thanks for your co-operation!

Stock Availability:
We do our very best to ensure that our full range of items are in stock at all times. In rare instances beyond our control one or more items from your order may be out of stock. In such cases, and when new stock is expected within 1-2 days we will hold your order until we can dispatch it in its entirety. If the delay is expected to exceed 2 days we will send what we can and the rest upon receipt, obviously in these instances you will not be expected to pay any further postage costs. You will be kept informed of progress at all times and you will always be given the option to deduct delayed items from your order or to choose an alternative.
Our Returns and Cancellation Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. All our items are hand packed to order and we only send out the very best products in perfect condition. We use sturdy cardboard boxes and where items do not exceed 500g we may use high quality padded envelopes, depending on contents and destination.

We recommend that for your own protection you use a Signed For service and ask that you include a covering letter outlining you reasons for your dissatisfaction.
If you are returning items due to damage in transit or a mistake on our part we will refund your total costs including the return postage.
For customers within the E.U. only if your reason for return is because you have changed your mind we will accept the items back but we will NOT refund the costs you incur for the return postage.
In all cases items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging and unopened.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF QUALITY RESULTING FROM EXTREMES IN WEATHER, BE IT HEAT, COLD OR WATER INGRESS.
You can of course cancel your order at any time during the ordering process up until your payment has been accepted. Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and the terms for return listed above will need to be adhered to.

PAYMENT SECURITY:
All payments are handled by our secure processing facility with HSBC bank. Purchases from outside the UK will automatically be converted into Sterling by HSBC.
Credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed and are not held in clear text on any web site. All card and payment details are securely processed and we do not see any of these details, we simply receive confirmation that your transaction has been authorised with your nominated card provider. None of your details will be passed onto any third party or used for any other purpose other than those that have been authorised by you.
Dietary Information:
Where we can we will state if items are free of sugar, gluten and gelatine. Due to manufacturing processes we cannot guarantee that any of our items are free of nuts or nut traces unless we specifically state it in the item description. Any information given is taken from that supplied to us by the manufacturer and is passed on to customers in good faith to assist any specific dietary requirements the consumer may have. If you have any specific and detailed requirements please email us and we will do our very best to help with further information. We are currently in the process of listing the ingredients for as many of our sweets as possible and this will appear after the item description. Please be aware that not all manufactures supply complete lists of ingredients for all their items.
